Our Worship Space provides a sacred and reverent setting for both weddings and funerals. With classic pew seating, stained glass windows, and warm, natural lighting, the space offers a timeless atmosphere for meaningful moments. The simple elegance, soft acoustics, and peaceful surroundings create a comforting and worshipful environment to honor life’s sacred milestones.

The Assembly Hall is perfect for receptions, banquets, meetings, and smaller gatherings. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, it offers ample seating, and an optional fully equipped kitchen, making it suitable for a wide range of events.

Kay Waddell Conference Room

Located on the lowest level of the building, and named after the Father of the building's Sponsor.

This classroom can seat 8-10 people.

Extra side-seating, single monitor and remote included.

Susan Classroom

Located on the lowest level of the building, and named after the Father of the building's Sponsor.

This classroom can seat 8-16 people

John Classroom

Located on the lowest level of the building, and named after the Father of the building's Sponsor.

This classroom can seat 8-12 people.

Conference Space on the second floor

Our facilities are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and approval. We recommend booking your event well in advance to secure your desired date and time.

Rental rates vary depending on the specific facility and type of event. Rates are per day.

Our rental packages include access to basic amenities such as tables, chairs, A/V equipment, and Wi-Fi. Additional services may be available upon request for an additional fee.

We adhere to certain policies and guidelines to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our facilities. Renters are expected to comply with our rental agreement and guidelines, which will be provided upon booking as well as below.

Terms and Conditions

You agree to abide by the Danville Christian Church (DCC) Building Use Policy and agree to pay all fees due for building use and/or services provided by DCC. You understand that no alcoholic beverages and/or smoking are allowed

If you choose not to clean areas used, you are required to use our janitor services. A fee of $40.00 will be charged. Please remember to remove all trash from the building. Trash bags will be provided. Dumpster is behind the building. Lights must be turned off in all areas, including restrooms.

If a key is issued for multiple uses, you must sign the key out with the church office. Keys that are lost or not returned are subject to a $50.00 replacement fee.

Permission to use the church facilities does NOT imply that all of the church will be made available for use.

You understand that DCC is under no obligation to retain rental usage and may terminate contract at anytime.
